Wow! What a bad situation! I think that the bystander(s) should get a teacher immediately! That way the bystander(s) can not get hurt. Then when the teacher comes, take the victim to the sickbay or somewhere else. Then the teacher will sort it out! Thats what I would do (>'^')> GREAT ACTING BTW! :3
You should talk to the bully but if you are scared of the bully get someone that you know that is not scared of bullies to talk to the bully, but if you are the bully's friend and you don't like what they are doing you could ask them to stop. And if you are the victims friend then you could either stand up for them or tell the bully to stop or they will get the teacher.

With a loud voice at first they should try to break up the fight with confidence, but if that doesn't work out you can go and get the teacher and the teacher will break up the fight.
The bystander could stop the fight but if the bystander was scared of the bully the bystander could just tell the teacher that some ones being bullied.
Someone can say hey why are you doing that to her what did they do to you so why don't you think about that. and be nice for once. and if you hurt me then l will tell the teacher.
The best thing you could do is to say leave her alone in a big loud voice and if the bullies starts to tries to hurt you, try to dodge and take you friend and run away. If the bully starts to follow your friend you should stand next to a teacher or a adult and wait for them to go away.

Maybe the bystander can try to distract the bully and then tell them why are you hitting her/him and then if they say you don't need to know then you can tell the victim if she/he knows anything about why the bully is hitting her/him and if they do know then you can tell them to tell you and then if it was something like you lost a toy of the bully you can tell them that you could maybe give one of the toys of yours that is really old but still is a good toy and that your parents don't want and the bully likes it you can give it to them.
What I would do is try to talk your way out of it so the bully might change his mind into not bullying someone else and the bully might stop being a bully and get some friends.
If I was too scared I would go get a teacher because teachers deal with this kind of thing so the bully might get a growling and no one will get hurt.
Probably the best thing to do is stand up to the bully in a loud voice so the bully hears you.Try and talk it out with the bully so the bully knows how the victim feels.
Some people might get a teacher or a teacher is near they could sort it out or the bystanders could shout oh you you should stop doing that you could get in trouble and you could go around the victims.I know how it feels because it 'ALWAYS' happens to me and so I have barley have many friends well some at least.
It's hard for victims to stand up for themselves. If this has happened to you Ingrid, what would be the best solution to stop being picked on by others? How could we all help victims?
What do you think makes people bully other people? Why can't we all get along ?
This must be a sticky problem. Well if I was one of the bystander I would try to go and get the teacher to come and the teacher might solve it. I would also say why did you do that and say why don't you go around so that the victim doesn't get kick or punched.
tell teacher when someone came and tell them off and what their going to do to you. sometimes people bully you a lots and people much you in the faces and some people bull me a lots of times.
the bystander should shout and then ask why they are doing that and if they say they just wanted to say that just mind your own business and if they do not listen then call some one older
I think first you shod tell the teacher but if you can ,t see a teacher and if you are brave enough you can tell the bully why are you picking on them.

DeleteGood suggestions Leila. It's important that the bystander remains safe as well.
