Potential vs Kinetic Energy
Designing a paper plane is a tricky process if you wish to beat your classmates in a paper plane flying contest. There are many designs to consider and throwing techniques. What has worked best for you?

It was really cool to make and fly a paper air plane like we never do it in the whole school.I was excited that I might make the top 5 but my buddy group (Kingston and James) also made it into the top 5.

ReplyDeleteIt was really awesome to make origami paper planes with our class and buddies. I wanted to make the top five with my buddies (Tyler) but i didn't and the best part i liked was flying the paper planes. I would like to do another paper plane challenge with my friends and buddies and see if i would win.

ReplyDeleteHa,It was really cool how we got to make paper planes,I still have mine, I like how the were lots of designs of planes some had pointy noses,some had stubby noses,some were long and some short.IT WAS AWESOME!!!

ReplyDeleteIt was soooo much fun!I wanted to make the top five, but I didn't.But the best thing was I got to take my paper plane home!
ReplyDeleteIt was really fun I think our buddies really enjoyed it and so did we.Maybe next time we shield do it out side and see how far it goes.

ReplyDeleteMaking paper planes were AWESOME!Because we had to show our buddy how to make a paper plane or they could do it them self...Some how,my buddy nearly got in this contest but someone else bet him.But it was fun anyway.My buddy made a better plane then me!Impossible!(or not)But when we did it,Someones plane nearly hit me!!!But i dodged it like a PRO.I hope to do this again..

ReplyDeleteI think it was heaps of fun for our little buddies but for me I sort of didn't like it because making and flying airplanes isn't really my thing. I think my little buddy Kimberly enjoyed making the airplane.
ReplyDeleteI thought this was quite weird at first but then I remembered that this is apart of kinetic energy.It was lots of fun flying the planes because some of them flew quite far and some just flew backwards.It was great to see that their were lots of types of planes and not just simple ones.I usually throw my airplane over my shoulder and give it a little push to make it go far.This was great fun to do.

ReplyDeleteWow ! I remember those days it felt like it was years ago . It was very very fun making planes and also sharing it with our buddies . What I loved about doing this was that we got to do a competition to see who made the best plane in the class. I think I liked the plane that I made my plane and I think that was the best that worked for me. I think that potential energy is energy that is not moving and kinetic energy is energy that is moving like if you are throwing something and that makes potential energy turn or evolve into kinetic energy. I think it was potential energy that I used to make my plane.
